Physical or verbal aggression towards any track marshal or race director will result in the immediate exclusion of the driver from the event, as well as any unsportsmanlike conduct towards other participants.
Track marshals are responsible for organizing and controlling the race. They will be stationed around the circuit to resolve any conflicts that occur. It is strictly forbidden to access the track during the race without prior authorization from the marshals. Any decision that may involve penalties will first be analyzed by the race directors.
Any unsportsmanlike action, such as collisions or maneuvers deemed inappropriate by track personnel, will be penalized.
Penalties for such actions may vary:
Minor penalties include failing to respect the flags explained during the briefing or disregarding other rules outlined in the same session. Major penalties involve any action that causes another driver to lose position due to unsportsmanlike behavior, as assessed by track personnel.
All penalties will be managed by one of the track marshals through the timing system.
It will be the same for all categories, Saturdays stipulated in the calendar, with arrival at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m., except for exceptional delays.
Karts are assigned by draw.
All our karts are tested before the races and inspected by the center’s qualified staff. Kart changes will only be allowed in case of mechanical failure, NEVER FOR ANY OTHER REASON, and only after the mechanic has inspected the kart to confirm the issue.
If a kart change is necessary, the driver will be assigned a reserve kart by race direction, not through a draw.
Wearing a seatbelt and neck brace is mandatory during the race.
Any complaints must be submitted within 5 minutes of the incident, and race direction will decide whether to proceed with the claim.
Track rules (briefing) are mandatory for all drivers, and attendance is compulsory. Participants who do not attend the briefing will not be authorized to take part in the race.
*Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the exclusion of the driver from the event.
