Requirements:
Kart: minimum height of 130cm, up to 14 years old (both inclusive).
Paintball: minimum 8 years old (minimum 8 pax).
Laser: minimum 6 years old (minimum 8 pax.).
Dodgeball: minimum 4 years old (minimum 8 pax.).
Conditions:
• Price per child, VAT included.
• The minimum number of children to be able to close the race for the birthday (exclusivity) is 10.
• In case of exclusivity, the amount corresponding to 10 children will be charged, even if less children attend.
• The maximum number of children per race is 15. If there are more, they will be split up into two groups.
• Payment will be made by bank transfer on birthday confirmation, 100% in advance.
• Cancellation fees: 48 hours prior to the birthday date, 50%; 24 hours prior, 100%.
• In no case will the amount related to catering be returned, nor when the number of attendees is less than 10 children.
• The time of arrival will be 40 minutes before the time booked for the first activity to be performed.
• Maximum punctuality and assistance at our facilities of all children at the time stipulated for arrival is essential.
• The activities will start at the scheduled and reserved time, and it is not possible to make changes on the same day of the event.
• During the time the children stay in CARLOS SAINZ KARTING's facilities, the parents or guardians of the child who celebrates the birthday, will be the spokespersons and responsible for the custody of the group and will make sure that the minors comply with the rules and indications given by the karting's personnel.
• To benefit from our discounts it is essential to present your large family card or your Family Kard.
• We do not accept food, cakes or sweets from outside for reasons of food safety.

For birthdays from Friday to Sunday, the reservation period opens 30 days prior to the celebration.
For birthday from Monday to Thursday, the reservation period opens on the Monday of the week prior to the celebration.

Birthdays from Friday to Sunday: for the reservation to be confirmed, the payment must be made one week after the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. The final number of attendees will be confirmed 10 calendar days prior to the birthday celebration.
Birthdays from Monday to Thursday: payment and confirmation of the final number of attendees must be made at the latest 2 working days before the birthday celebration. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
